When will my order ship?
The time it takes to ship your package is determined by the size of your order. most customized orders will ship within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. You may also place a pre-order to choose the date you'd like your packages to ship. Your Account Manager will work with you to set expectations for shipping.
Are you able to customize my gifts?
YES, we can customize certain elements of your order upon request. We also offer several options for making your packages more personalized, including custom logo hot iron branding, customized cards with a personal message from you, as well as custom tags, and ribbon to match the color of your choice.
How does the hot iron brand work?
Once you contact us, we'll introduce you to your own personal account specialist who will coordinate with the branding department to create your hot iron logo brand. The design and dimensions of your brand will be sent to you for approval before continuing with the process. We will collect a small one-time fee for the creation of your reusable hot iron brand. How are my gifts packaged / What will it look like? Can I include a card?
While most gifts come in a hand crafted wood crate and ribbon, a few of our larger non-food items will be wrapped in neutral colored wrapping paper and fluffy signature Olive & Cocoa satin bow. Some items cannot be wrapped, but always come adorned with a satin bow. See the product description to learn how your gift will arrive.
All of our gifts come with a premium Olive & Cocoa card and special message written from you to the recipient. When you order items online, you will be prompted to write a message to the recipient at checkout. You may also dictate a message with one of our customer care representatives when you order items over the phone.
